Dear EYE Council Members, EYE Task Force Members and EYE members,
The 30th EYE conference will happen this spring from the 25th- 27th June 2010 in the lively city of Glasgow. The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) is hosting and organising EYE@Glasgow.
The theme selected for this milestone conference in EYE’s history is
"Innovating to meet our global challenges" with the tag line
Inspire, Engineer, Innovate! Please find below information about the conference website, programme and registration.

Registrations will open from
Tuesday 9th March 2010 at 12am.
The registration process is based on EYE’s allocation system for EYE member organisations. Registrations are only valid if made via the EYE@Glasgow official conference website.
The 1st registration period will start from
Tuesday 9th March 2010 at 12am and will end on
Tuesday 30th March. You will get a confirmation of your registration when you register from the website OR you will be informed that all reserved places for your engineering association are full. In this case you will be asked to register again during the 2nd registration period.
After Tuesday 30th March, people who could not register during the 1st registration period will be asked to register again during the 2nd registration period, which starts on
Wednesday 7th April 2010 at 12am. The 2nd registration period will be open until
Wednesday 21st April 2010. During this period all remaining places will be available to all delegates who register, on a first come first serve basis.
All EYE Task Force & Council members and their respective organisation members need to register to allow us to get a complete conference delegates’ database.
Feel free to promote EYE@Glasgow and EYE in general wherever you can. The EYE@Glasgow organisers will shortly email you a publicity pack which you can use.
