Strategic Session on EYE development

Everyone is welcome to dicuss and work on the future structure of EYE. What do you expect from the network? What could and should our network provide? Important questions we would like to dicuss and answer in this session.

If you are interested, please mail to Evert Van Lieshout (evert.vanlieshout at e-y-e.eu). The number of participants is limited to 30 people. We will meet on Friday, October 9th in Cologne and start with an informal dinner. More details will be published here soon!

The strategic session on Saturday starts at 9 AM and will approximately end around 6 PM. All activities will take place at the Youth Hostel of Cologne. Here is a first agenda:

	16:00 to 17:00	Summarizing session

The success of this event depends on the strong support of our member organisations. Due to the fact that there is no EYE conference, we do hope that all your travel expenses will be refunded. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact us immediately. You will have to book your travel and accommodation (see link above) by yourself.
